Get Your Team Back!!!

I've listed the info from the Directors call this morning about reinstating purged consultants. A lot of times in the past, consultants were purged because the couldn't get a $150 order in just one month. For differing reasons they purged or cancelled their contracts. I'm suggesting that you contact these purged consultants and tell them that they can keep their Scentsy discount and contract if they follow the guidelines below to reinstate their accounts and never worry about meeting the 3 month sales quota again! The purged consultant will need to contact accountservices@scentsy.com to request a reinstatement.
On the Director Call they announced that they are preparing a FAQ Document about this issue but this is what I have learned so far:

1) Any consultant who was not canceled because of Compliance issues can be reinstated. It does not matter how long they have been canceled.
2) This is the new policy going forward. There is no deadline to get this “deal.”
3) They do not have to wait until September 1 but I would imagine that Account services is going to receive a lot of requests so it probably won’t be instantaneous.
4) They DO NOT have to place an order of $150 to be reinstated*
5) To remain a consultant, a person needs to place an order of ANY SIZE just once anytime between July – December.
6) To remain a consultant with a downline, they must place an order of $150 in one month every 3 months. If they don’t, they will lose their downline but remain a consultant.
7) If they have been canceled more than 6 months they can request a new sponsor.
8) If they have been canceled less than 6 months, they will be reinstated at their ending Title.
9) If they have been canceled more than 6 months, they will be reinstated at the title of Escential.
10) Basically, cancellations will only occur on January 1 and they will be based on sales from July – December. Anyone who has had any orders during that time will not be canceled.

*If they have a downline and this is their 3rd month without a $150 order, they WOULD have to place a $150 order before the end of the month to retain their downline. If they don’t, on September 1, they would not be canceled, but they would lose their downline.
They could get their downline back if they request it within 30 days and place the $150 order. All levels/generations of upline have to agree for the downline to be reinstated.
Please keep in mind that this is information from me, not an official Scentsy communication.

I think the information is accurate, but be sure to check this against the FAQ document that will be posted, hopefully today or tomorrow.
